i want a really high room/suite with a balcony that i can walk out onto, preferably over-looking the strip. it seems as though few hotels have these. money is not much of an object. any suggestions are much appreciated.

Imperial Palace and Riviera.
Most rooms have suicide window nowadays, so you need to go old school to find properties with balcomies. Ballys sealed all their balconies off years ago. |

skip the balcony in your room, instead spend time at Mixx, the amazing Alon Ducase bar/restauraunt in the sky at The Hotel.

Off the Strip, but the Hard Rock has balconies overlooking the pool. Quite a sight during Rehab.
