Re: 50NL, 134 BB\'s deep; AA check raised on 5cTs7s
With this low of an aggression factor, I'd think this is almost always a set. I'd say it's close to a fold/push.
I'd be leaning more towards the push if we had the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. |

Re: 50NL, 134 BB\'s deep; AA check raised on 5cTs7s
I go broke on this flop and fold on T67. If he was tighter or more positionally aware, I'd be inclined to fold. Btu I am not really sure how much equity you have. Shoving a safe turn may be better.

Re: 50NL, 134 BB\'s deep; AA check raised on 5cTs7s
villain has a pretty low AF. I doubt he does this with a draw. It's more than likely he has a set and is protecting against the straight/flush draws out.

Its also likely he has AT and is a [censored] moron. We can speculate endlessly, but in my experience hero is ahead here.

If anything, AA is only slightly ahead, I'd probably fold and wait for a better spot.

I'd be leaning more towards the push if we had the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. [/ QUOTE ] O RLY? I lead more towards a push because we DON'T have the A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], so the NFD might therefore be in villain's range. And yes, I know he has a low AF, but that doesn't mean he CAN'T do this with a draw, only that it's less likely. |

Re: 50NL, 134 BB\'s deep; AA check raised on 5cTs7s
Okay here's a thing you need to learn, TYPING IN CAPS TO EMPHASIZE WORDS IS GAY!!!!!
Anyway, since we don't have the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], we have one pair with a 2 oout redraw therefore we have even less equity against villains range. If villain has a flush draw he has ~40% equity against us. If he has combo draw, we're flipping. If he has a set (imo his most likely holding here), we have 8% equity in the pot. The only hand we're doing well against is a Tx or an over pair. These spots are very thin. If you like to gamble, push it. Otherwise fold. |

Re: 50NL, 134 BB\'s deep; AA check raised on 5cTs7s
relativity_x,
I fully understand your point about us having a redraw. I just feel that removing the NFD from villain's range here hurts our equity more than removing our redraw does. Feel free to disagree. If villain is almost never doing this with the NFD anyway, then you're obviously right and I'm wrong. If he does this at least occasionally with the NFD, then it's certainly debatable. |
