Default worth bluffing river?

not cbetting puts me in a weird turn and river spot.

i guess im betting to beat a flush draw. his turn bet size was very small i dont think he has a set or two pair. probably a weak one pair (not a king) or a draw.

or just call turn?

if he wins with ace high, i did something wrong.

Bet the flop because calling the turn without another heart is gonna be painful and you'll get a free turn-card almost always.

as played i would probably fold to a turn bet

i didnt bet the flop because my draw is weak, can be crushed on the turn, and its an ez board for one of the two players to have hit a pair on

not terrible because villain looks pretty weak, but you look FOS depends if villain is capable of making hero calls

I bet the flop.

Given your flop check I just call the turn. Your line looks like absolute [censored], you'll not check behind the flop with any legitimate made hand and the only hand in your range that the 4 improved is 44. I don't think any hand betting the turn is folding. The river bluff is decent though and if you raise the turn it should be with the intention of betting the river. I still prefer just calling the turn.

i agree that the turn line is ocnsistent with river bluff, but i also agree that calling the turn and folding river is better

(20:44:29) Nielsio: But betting flop seems so much better
(20:44:33) Nielsio: Take control of the pot
(20:44:36) Nielsio: Rep the K
(20:44:51) Nielsio: And ppl will have a hard time calling <K because it's 3-way
(20:45:07) Nielsio: And ppl won't even raise a weak K on the flop
(20:45:56) Nielsio: If we did that we could bet again on the turn and fold most hands except Kx
(20:46:10) Nielsio: Or check depending on type of villain

don't like turn raise after 3way flop check. Flop is OK imo, call turn. River as played is probably slightly -EV.
