I could probably front squat 350 lbs. before I could balance on that ball alone for more than 3 seconds.

yeah, thats where i found it too...it just had to be posted...i wonder how the [censored] he got up there...did he climb up there and then someone handed the bar off to him, wtf are some people thinking...his ankle looks like its gonna roll, so nasty...

I like it. I'm also trying something different with the Bosu ball.

I turn it upside down (so flatside up) and step onto the ball with both feet. I started by keeping the ball stable while squatting down and holding for a 10 count. 3 sets of 10 each. Now I'm incorporating barbells to add weight.

All of the support muscles really fire as you look to stabilize. I don't need a lot of weight to get a workout--when you drip with sweat while doing an exercise with bodyweight only, that's a good thing.

this pic is pissing me off...the trainer is obv retarded...but how can the client agree to do this?

trainer: hey billy, jump up on this balance ball thing...3 minutes later...ok billy, good job getting your balance finally, don't come off yet...im gonna drop 150lbs on your back and you are gonna squat down, but dont fall off the ball...

billy: sweet, great idea...

bleh...
