Set and OESD on straight board
Villian is a solid reg. Not many hands with him, but hes pretty agro but isn't wild by anymeans.
PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $1.00 BB (3 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) SB ($28.90) Hero ($100.05) Button ($177.20) Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Button calls $1, SB completes, Hero checks. Flop: ($3) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) SB checks, Hero bets $2, Button raises to $8.85, SB calls $8.85, Hero ??? Whats a good line, call and see a turn? |

Re: Set and OESD on straight board
Whats a good line if the 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] peels on turn/ If the T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] peels on turn?

Re: Set and OESD on straight board
uhh
tought decision about 8 im going to check\fold in that case still too dangerous desk for bluff depending of action, it would be c\c turn or pot after some1 miniraise, and lead half pot bet on the river with intention to fold on reraise |

Re: Set and OESD on straight board
I know I would call here bu I'm not sure if it's right.
Guess we can assume tthat one of these guys has AKxx mostly, but if he other has set/2 pair we have no idea which outs are clean other than a J? |

Re: Set and OESD on straight board
SB's call on the flop is a serious problem I think. With no flush draw on the board I strongly suspect that he's at least blocking a bunch of your boat outs. I also wouldn't put any stock in your straight draw.
You want to have a good reason to believe you either have the best hand or the best draw. Mediocre hand and mediocre draw has some possibilities HU, but it's a big leak multi-way. |
