I think you are going to showdown less often than you should be...you may be betting too much on turns, or folding to much on turns. And I think you W$@SD is a tad lower than it should be. Could be value betting too thinly or calling bets on river to thin. Just looking at stats alone cant help plug leaks post big losses here and have people go over them. You are allotted two strategy posts a day, post your two biggest net losses of the day every day here and see what people say.

Ummm, you can def run bad over that long. Uncommon, but until you get a couple hundred K hands its tough to tell for sure.

biggest leak I see is that you can still play on party poker and yet you have 10 windows open in full tilt

your AF is too high. lowering this will naturally increase your wtsd and probably increase your w%@sd.

also, you are probably playing midpairs wrong.
