reads on MP2? If villian is a solid player, he most likely puts you on AA/KK. That's pretty much the only hand that makes that play. If I am villian and call your preflop raise, I am either slow playing AA, or I am trying to hit a set (which I barely have odds to do...). So it's probably a fold.
