Default Dawing for a small triple after the flop with high cards on the board

Hi,

I was wondering if is recommended play to try and draw for a low triple after the flop where there are some big cards on the board example:

Player: 44o

Flop: A K 9

Obviously the danger here is that there is a very good chance someone else has made a good split pair. Should I just fold or should I look at the pot odds versus the 2 outs for the turn and river, if I get my 4 I can beat both 1 and 2 pair when there is no immediate chance of a flush or straight on the flop.

I may limp for set value but will fold to any bet with that board. I am in the pot to make a set, thats all. It would be very hard to conceive getting the odds you need to call a bet here with at most 2 outs if anyone I am against has paired the board.

Super insta snap fold to a bet here. You are behind to almost anything that one would bet with here.

Footnote:

Shortstacked with a low M late this is 100% push PF so long as no one has entered pot yet.

As played fold 100% to any bet, you beat nothing with 4 4 here.
