Will someone clean up News Views & Gossip

Srsly, when did NVG turn into the ZOMG internet poker gossip forum. From retarded railtard threads to Who is XXXXXX on FT? threads its really gay. No good threads have been created in the last 3 months. No good NVG during WSOP. There r a lot of posters who don't give two [censored] about internet pokers. Lame

Dids, do your job plz and clean it up.

I understand what LoPan is saying, NVG is pretty cluttered. With that, I think the mods are doing their job. Dids has said that when NVG was moved up higher on the sidebar they started to get a lot more traffic, generally of a poorer quality. They are also getting posts that should be located in BBV, I can only assume it's because they are both long named forum titles and people aren't paying any attention. The amount of posts created in NVG by people with extremely low post counts is as high as it is in BBV4L or OOT (if not more). This could either be attributed to banned posters restarting there, or something. They just added Jman220 as a mod a few months ago but his impact has seemed fairly unnoticed (to me at least). All I know is he has that "pretty butterfly" picture rule. So maybe they need some help or at least a different approach to all these lower quality posts.

I delete and move threads that are improper, but my presence is low-key, Dids sets policy and I follow his lead. Also, ditto about being busy on the weekend sometimes. Finally, Use Notify Mod if you think there's an improper thread, thats the best way to get Dids and My and Nick's attention.
