The only reason i folded was i rembered "baluga theorem"

Unfortunately you remembered baluga theorem very wrongly.

I 3bet more preflop, and probably call here.

I call because I almost always stack off with KK in a 3bet pot, but Id have 3bet bigger originally.

Range is player dependant obv: TT-AA, AK and others are possible with crazier players. With no reads its close because you 3bet small.

Not a good turn bet. A 16/13 cold calling a 3-bet OOP is usually TT+ and occasionally AK. He doesn't call the flop with AK often enough to justify a turn protection bet. You're getting CRAI on the turn, alot - and getting value rarely, against QQ only.
