Default call, raise, or push? 2/5 live

hand from foxwoods a few nights ago.

stacks are about 600 effective, villan is not a great player but he apparently plays here alot. i stacked him earlier in the night on a AJJ board my QJ vs his AK.

i raise up to 35 two off the button with TT after a few limpers make their way in and the BB and Villan call.

the flop comes:

Ks Tc 4s

it checks to me and i bet 65, BB folds, Villan raises to $165, hero?

If villain is not a good player its difficult for me to think that he is check-raising with a flush draw, i think the is raising with the KQ, maybe KJs or KTs, KTs would be the perfect hand to stack him. If u push now you are going to force KQ and KJ to fold. I would call here and then make a push on the turn, no matter what card falls
