I would CHECK the TURN because it is likely you are CHOPPING.

I'd bet more on the flop 3/5 of the pot is not much. I'd bet again on the turn and call a mediocre raise.

What does he call the flop bet with, you say he seems resonable? It has no draw and the A is a scare card. He has an A, a 3 or a pp between 3 and A. So you're WA/WB here. That's why I'd check the turn, might even induce a bluff. Call all bets excluding overbets. If he checks, you could VB the river but it's pretty thin. If he bets again on the river I'm calling or folding, depending on how big the bet is, probably calling anyway since your line is pretty weak on the turn.

check /call turn you will prob see that you were beat with an AQ... and if he plays it aggressively he could have AK
