Havent been to the doctors in about 3 years since graduating high school. Just go my blood results back, i have high cholesterol at age 19. doctor said i need to go on a low fat diet, [censored] that.
Don't know how, i'm only 155 lbs. and 6'4. i'm way too thin to have high cholsterol i believe. o well. Heart Attack at age 25 here i come! |

Some people claim going veg or even vegan will help with your cholesterol. I am not a doctor, so don't ask me. But look into it. I don't want to have a heart attack till I am at least 55.

a vegan diet consists of zero cholesterol. cholesterol can be found only in animal products. knowing that, maybe you can find a decent balance... |
