Villain is good reg. After he check-calls turn I am pretty sure he has Kx or Ax with a heart. I obv should've shoved river instead of betting 5/6 of my stack, but w/e...

don't really like it. 95% of people raise a flush draw on the flop in this spot I bet he calls you down with an A or K.

I'd like it more if you shoved, or bet like 750.

In a HU pot, you don't think most people with 2 hearts raise this flop? Then you are mistaken. KOD is repping a flush.

so true

I think this line is fine. A lot of people will auto-call the turn bet with a pretty wide range but the river bet is definitely repping a flush. I think he's pretty much got to put you on a flush or a medium strength hand that's turning into a bluff.

He's also got to consider that this is a pretty terrible board for you to bluff at, since a flush is really the only hand you can credibly represent. Since he knows you know this, you may get away with it.

you have to have exactly a flush, you don't include betting an 8 on the turn as a bluff because that includes betting lots of hands as a bluff and therefore calling the river is correct. So his call is only incorrect if you have a flush more than 2/3rds of the time here. Since most people raise a flush draw on the flop, without a history with you, I'd look you up.
