Default Quiznos VS Subway

My brother brought up the horrible notion that Subway is better than Quiznos, and no matter how I go about trying to convince him he won't change his mind.

What does OOT think?

For this thread I predict mucho drama as partisan sandwich lovers defend their sub shop choices to the e-death. Also, Mom & Pop joints pwn both.

Potbelly's is by far the best, but given the choice it is quiznos.

There's a place with a few locations in town called "Too Fat" and it's amazing, although they don't have any toasted sandwiches.

But Quizno's has better bread/meat/veggies/etc. I'm eating a Subway sandwich (Italian BMT - Toasted) right now and it's rather bland compared to my toasted Traditional on wheat from Quiznos.

So true.

FWIW, I've had a few Quiznos subs that were so terribly awful to make me stay away from them, but in general the price/quality ratio compared to Subway just doesn't rationalize choosing Quiznos, but the "Town Pizza" place down the street has better subs than both for money closer to Subway so it doesn't really matter.

Subway if you like to eat bread and try to find the ONE piece of meat hidden underneath some lettuce.

Quiznos is you love delicious meat, drizzled with savory sauce on a toasted bun.

Q is a little expensive overall.
S is a ripoff for what you get.

Q FTW.

Subway isn't as bad as everyone's saying imo, but still Quiznos is much, much better. Clearly mom and pop joints are the best. Around western NY, Wegman's (supermarkets) has some sick awesome subs though, those are probably my current favorite.
