No turn bet suggests to me he doesn't have 5's or 9's

Folding is obviously LOL.

Calling is safer obv, but based on his small river bet he's probably blocking with TT or QQ or whatever. I'd be tempted to shove.

Your turn check, which was good, is going to induce a lot of bluffs. You are getting nearly 5:1 on a call. He could be bluffing on value betting a worse hand so I like a call.

I admit that I'm a chicken, and I would just call. Villain seems to want a raise from you or is blocking. What would he call you with that you beat besides, maybe, KK?

No way am I folding, but I would not raise, either.

In case there is something I am missing, what is so interesting about this decision? You checked the turn to induce a bluff and call reasonable river bets, didn't you?

Pretty easy call. Looks like a blocking bet on the river with TT-KK.
