PFR should be to 400. I bet 1/2 pot on flop if villain is prone to folding. He's not likely to believe that I caught a piece of this, so often I'll just check behind here, betting when a scare card hits or when I catch a piece. This is a perfect example. If you'd checked behind flop and bet turn, you'll fold out small pocket pairs that call preflop. Its really read dependant though. How often does BB call the flop?

i dont think so i like how it was played. there are many things that can have you beat. this making a push not profitable

Am I a nit for folding this preflop with the bigstack in the BB and a lot of desperate people behind?
As played it looks good!

Personally I don't often raise the BB of the one player who can bust me here. But as played I could consider checking behind here but I would often make a C bet and the size of your c bet is what I like, it still leaves you like 12ish BB's behind. Still I'd consider how villian accumulated that big stack before I go raising his BB. AJ is still marginal in my mind 6 handed.

I'm also ok with the action limp here, since we're afraid of BB.

Raise to 375 PF for post control. C/F when you don't hit your flop.
