Default UIGEA takes effect tomorrow

Tomorrow, Tuesday, July 10 is the 270-day deadline for the US government to release details on how the UIGEA will be enforced (assumes the countdown started on October 13 when Bush signed it into law).

Anyone nervous?

We have been waiting for Regulations. The Act took effect months ago.

TruePoker accepts US poker players. We, ourselves, are not in the business of betting or wagering. We do not employ poker celebrities to play on our site.

We provide a poker player platform and run games for a fee (rake or tournament). We do not take a risk on the outcome of any wagering or betting among players.

TruePoker CEO, I'm really glad you take part in the community here at 2+2. You've always added a lot of useful insight in threads (particularly coming from a poker site's perspective). That's one of the reasons that I'm planning on trying your site out soon.
