Shove and win vs 77. Stacking off on a blank turn is an option but there are too many scare cards to do so IMO.

Quite large, and I think that you fare well against it. I would definitely say that 88 and 99 are there, as are some big draws. I don't know if shoving the flop will get called by too many hands that beat you, so I would lean slightly towards call/shove turn to get an extra bet out of these types of hands.

Can someone explain why call/shove turn is better than shoving flop in this situation?

I understand in some cases why the turn is the better option but that does not appear to be the case here. If we do wait for the turn and a scare card hits are we folding?

FWIW I am shoving here.

Absolutely! A lot of times, a flop 3bet shove will only get called by hands that have us crushed, or we are only a slight favorite against (a big draw.) So, it is my opinion that calling will get more value from hands that have us beat.

Ahhh, that is the beauty of position.

I do not think that shoving is by any means bad, I just think that calling and playing the turn is a little bit more profitable for several reasons.

Edit: Just realized: BB: $153.00, I think that it makes a bit more sense to shove flop as he is likely more commited with only 75 bbs.
