OT: WTF with Party VIP points

On 2/15/06 I had more than 60,000 VIP points...On 2/16 I had zero [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]WTF

i lost a bunch around then too... i had 55k then dropped to 30k. party support said i never earned 55k points. i mean i didn't pay super close attention but i know i earned 1000$+ in rakeback in december and i only have a couple thousand more points than the total number of points i have earned in the new year.

I've seen this too. Party balance suddenly goes to zero. I emailed them about it and they said it never happened even though I sent them a screenshot showing it happened. Oh well.

Why don't you put 2 and 2 together. Did you lose your points the same time they gave you a cash bonus for the points you earned? Holy Cow Batman!

You guys didn't think you'd get all that money for points and then be able to buy merchandise with it as well did you?

It went from 60,000 to zero guy. Do you think he had zero points last week, and earned 60,000 this week which happened to be equal or less than 200% of his points target?

[/ QUOTE ]holy [censored] what is wrong with you. you are criticizing us for jumping to conlcusions? and you just did what? i lost about 25k i imagine. maybe closer to 30. anyway my VIP offer was for about 4k and i understand that they took the points for that and it is not included in my missing points figure.

My points statement is messed up too, however the points total listed in the PP Lobby when I log on seems to be correct. I wrote them to ask about the issue and got a reply that didn't address what I was asking about. I'll have to write them again but am too frustrated to think about it right now...

I've noticed the last few days that my Party Points Statement is not
reflecting proper point totals under the column marked "Net Balance
PartyPoints". The problem seemed to occur beginning Feb 16th where it
zeroed out my balance completely. Strange amounts are then showing up on
the subsequent dates. Could you please make a correction to reflect my
accurate balance of points.

Thank you for contacting us,

We have looked into this for you and see that the points awarded to you
seem to be in order from the 16th to the 20th.

We added these to your points earned today and this gives you a total
of 1665 regular party points, you need to achieve 1815 regular party
points in order to release your 2nd week Bonus.
