Default Unlikely extremely painful accidents that make you afraid

I think we should all share the accidents (real or fabled) that haunt us. These should be painful enough on both a physical and psychological level so that the mere mention of one makes us cringe.

Mine:

Every time I have to lower the toilet seat to crap, I think about how awful it would be if my balls got caught between the toilet and the seat at the same time I sat down, crushing my testicles under the weight of my own ass.

This is unlikely, perhaps impossible, but it owns me.

What is yours? In the words of Will Hunting, "Let's let the healing begin."

I was golfing with my brother and father many years ago (I was probably like 13 or 14, I'm 24 now) and I was standing 90 degrees from the direction my dad was hitting the ball. He hit it off the toe of the club and it drilled me right between the eyes, if I hadn't been wearing sunglasses I'd probably only have one eye. It knocked me out cold and popped both lenses out of my sunglasses, lol. Since then I just cannot golf or be near someone swinging a golf club.

When I am going up stairs, I am afraid my foot is going to slip out from under me snd I am going to hit my face off the steps and break my front teeth.

Breaking your front teeth sucks, I'm very afraid of this too, but I've already done it . Fake teeth ftw.

My unlikely, painful thing that I'm afraid of is being buried alive.

All 4 of my top front teeth were shattered when I was 9 in a gym class. The gym teacher invented (I think) a game where you hold hands with someone and play tag as a sort of team sport.

I once got some dick skin caught in my zipper about 3 zipper 'teeth' has skin wrapped up in it. Needless to say I am very cautios when zipping up.

For those of you that are interested in the back story, this was when I was 17 and was sneaking some sex at gf's house and had to quickly get dressed when parents arrived...this did not help the situation.

I lost some of my baby teeth in sorta the same way. We were playing Red Rover and this big kid busted out 3 of my bottom teeth when he rushed over and headbutted me in the face.

I fought him later on the bus and got my ass kicked. Good times.

Did he also like for you guys to swim naked?

My irrational fear is that I'll go ice skating, fall down, and someone will skate over my fingers and cut them off.

Saw it on TV once.

Jumping over something and landing too far on the heel and instead of just falling down stupidly or managing to stay up, the knee bends backwards breaking or tearing something awfully. Only thing that hurts when I think about it.

I have a fear of falling when I'm crossing the road and smashing my front teeth on the kerb...
