this is my almost-lifetime-graph (there was some NL25 and NL50 while learning the real basics):
![]() the first downswing at ~50,000 would have been half as deep if i hadn't tilted seriously. but on this recent downswing i feel like i controlled myself very well. i'm asking myself how likely it is for a winning player to have such a downswing. i somewhat got used to having a lot more winning days than losing days (playing 2,000 hands a day). but now i have been losing massively for more than a week. i don't trust my play anymore. it would be nice if you could comment on some of the following hands. can you see big leaks? thanks in advance. here we go... 1. not unheard of to lose for 18000 hands even if you are a winning player.
but just to comment on the first hand, bet bigger flop turn if you want to shove that river so the riv shove isnt a big overbet |

Hand 3 is bad, shove or c/f river IMO.
Hand 5 I think I'd find a fold somewhere, probably the river. Hand 9 turn looks pretty spewy I think, you're shoving with basically no FE. Rest look more or less fine to me. |

Hand 1: as said earlier bet bigger on each street
Hand 2: fine Hand 3: just shove turn Hand 4: fine Hand 5: bet more on flop, tough spot on the turn but I'd prob muck because his line=set so often (I might be wrong here fwiw) Hand 6: He prob has an overpair with a diamond here, wp Hand 7: Very player dependent hand, I fold against a lot of players Hand 8: nh Hand 9: bet more on flop, and Im pretty confused on what your turn play should be maybe somebody else will give some input on that hand |

thanks for the comments everybody!
it helps a lot to hear other peoples thoughts on these. i agree with pretty much everything you said. aislephive: hand number 3 i'm not sure if you mean shoving on the turn or river. i think shoving on the turn is definitively the right play. Teh1337zor: hand number 9: my logic on the turn was like "nice, my draw just improved, i bet it again". pretty stupid i realize, because it doesn't change much and also there is only one card to come. this is definitively a leak i have to fix. probably check/fold is the better option. |

Unless he has a boat you have a ton of equity on the turn. |

Plz post less hands. I will only say the bad hands- assume the other hands are standard or ok.
Hand 3- get it in on turn river paired board and made flush so it's a bit risky for him to even shove a straight here. I woulda just shoved turn with that action. hand 5- ez fold at least on riv IMO calling turn is pretty bad but it's a minraise and could be bluff that he could definitely give up on riv All other hands played fine and standard so jus negative variance/bad luck |
