Maybe I've played more poker than I think, but I can remember at least 8-10 times where this happened.

This is from the beginning of the year, during one of my first sessions at 200NL.

Poker Stars
No Limit Hold'em Cash Game
$1/$2 Blinds
6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $2.00, Hero raises to $10.00, CO folds, BTN folds, SB folds, BB raises to $30.00, UTG calls $28.00, Hero calls $20.00

Flop: ($91) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB bets $56.00, UTG raises all-in to $135.90, Hero calls $135.90, BB raises to $215.80, Hero calls all-in for $18.95
Uncalled bet of $60.95 returned to BB

Turn: ($536.60) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players - 2 All-In)

River: ($536.60) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players - 2 All-In)

Pot Size: $536.60 ($3 Rake)

BB had K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (three of a kind, Kings) and WON (+$348.75)
UTG had A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and LOST (-$165.90)
