Default Is this a hand that I should be raising?

Sorry for the noob question, but I'm looking for more PF raises (I'm sure that this probably deserves a one word answer ) ...

The table is great. I've been there for about 80 hands and it seems like there are 3 maniacs and 3 very Loose-passives. I didn't know if I should raise with a hand like this because I was worried about seeing 2 or 3 bets back (I had seen several limp reraises by this point already).

Is this a hand that I can raise with, given position at a pretty aggressive table?

Yes. But understand that hands like this are going to be expensive. The maniacs will call or raise with any K and any A and won't fold if they hit any peice of the board. If you don't hit the flop at all you might be able to get away cheap but it's most likely you will end up with some kind of draw that will often miss. I'm not saying don't play it, I'm saying expect variance.

Someone want to convince me here?

I'm not saying I don't believe that a raise would necessarily be unprofitable, but some sort of argument would be nice. Math would be real swell--I understand math. I don't often make these because I don't know where the breakover point is between limping and raising, although if we're looking at like five limpers than I'll raise that [censored] up no question.

With three limpers and none described as TP you’ve got around 20% if you include random hands in the blinds so the raise would be +EV.

I prob wouldn't raise if there has been a lot of lrr'ing

I am more likely to raise 3limpers with this hand from the CO, than the BTN .. but raise from both fairly often

fwiw, i raise this every time with 3 limpers, and probably sometimes with 2 limpers as well.
