HU against captain bluffy this would be ok, but three ways you're going to need to bet here. really, what's the worst that could happen?
A bet here has value and makes the hand easier to play. In general, c-betting every 3 way flop with the lead is good I think. -Bill |

I think there's way more merit to checking behind the turn after betting the flop and getting called/raised/etc. Your equity is at worst breakeven on the flop and your position is such that a bet won't ever face the fish with calling 2 cold.
I assume this was a good player who did this, so you're wondering why? I would like to know too. |
