looks good. he'd have to be turning some kind of made hand into a bluff (and into a bluff thats trying to get you to fold a big ace) which is just really doubtful. my guess is he slowplayed a boat or got there with 53.

Come on.. do you think an unknown is turning a hand like 77 into a bluff giving great odds to a very probable big ace?

i think you're pretty [censored] just about always when he raises. you played your hand just like AA or AK or AQ, and he shouldn't expect you to fold any ace, let alone AQ+.

i think i like checking the river. the way the hand went down, i'm not sure if JJ- pay off. and i think he could bluff small-medium pairs since it'll really look like you have QQ-99. that might yield more value than KK and QQ paying off.

i agree with Josh, I think that checking the river is much better than betting. If i have JJ here I'm never paying off this river bet because your hand looks exactly what it is. However, if I have a smaller pair, something like 88, i may bet to get you to fold something like KK.

you guys would seriously bet a mid pair as a bluff on the river if checked to? I'd never fold a big pair here
