Call the minraise preflop or four-bet? Given the depth of stacks I'm not sure it's worth it to inflate the pot preflop, but villain's three-bet just seemed so shady. If I call, the rest of the hand obviously becomes much easier. As is, I'm in kind of a tough spot when villain leads for pot. Thoughts? |

I flat call this flop.
Also, I don't mind the re-raise in position, but a call is fine too. This deep you're not turning your hand up 4-betting PF unless you only do it with AA. Just be sure you're doing this with good non-AA holdings. |

allin on flop and suck out if he has set. [/ QUOTE ] Yeah I think flat calling is probably the best play, but I honestly probably just stick it in here b/c I love variance and hitting backdoor straights. |

yeah push, i think this usually not a set that would probably try to check raise on this board. i expect to see two pair or a wrap a lot here. i dont like calling as the turn still isnt easy to play for you. you pretty much have to guess what to do if the board pairs or if a brick hits and he pots again you might be pushed off a hand with pretty good equity and he might fold on a spade turn.

Opp donk rr from SB just screams wrap at this level. He's definitely trying to figure out if your holding aces with his 3-bet pf. I like the flat call pf as it helps conceal your hand a "little."
-Flop - I honestly believes he's holding a small wrap like 4567 or 5789 w/ maybe a redwraw to flush. I don't believe he has a set here at all. Maybe he has 2 pair, but we still have plenty of outs if thats the case. I shove flop as we are most likely ahead with our aces, have nut flush draw, and we even block his outs to str draw here w/ our 7. Turn - AI |
