Re: waking up at 630am
sleep = good. I've read that 8 uninterrupted hours is the ideal but find it hard to get there on a consistent basis myself. your 2nd question i know nothing about but if you're trying to lose fat and gain muscle i don't think you can do too much harm with a protein shake or something

Re: waking up at 630am
online...nocturnal feedings are usually not necessary for most people...but if you are gonna be awake for a while then eating something will probably help...maybe make a protein shake before bed and have it ready to go for when you get up, drink it, drive your dad, go back to sleep...eat an egg if you want, it won't hurt...
