I call.
I'd have thought you've got implied odds to call this, I'm not a maths guru or anything but if you hit a nice flop it'll be perfect to stack a big pair IMO.
Just to clarify I'm looking for a str8/flush draw not just an ace.

AQs, I might call this w/ position and without the original raiser (no reraise, I guess) still to act behind me- considering there's 3 others in the pot.
But, as it stands- OOP and original raiser still to act- it's a fold, plus 8 x's the BB is not a sexy reraise to gamble vs.

You're probably right and hands like this OOP are probably a leak of mine.
It's just at these stakes (where I play) I seem to get away with it. I dunno maybe it's costing me a little of my winrate I'll have to look at PT tonight and see what I find.

Just a quick question.

I'd have thought this was an insta-call w/position. When wouldn't you call?

I think 3-1 pot odds is sexy enough to call. If MP1 calls you'll have 4-1. Why is position so important? If you don't have a flush or a good straight draw you fold, other than this the more people in the hand the better.

Your getting almost 4to1 direct pot odds(more if you figure MP1 will call also) on your call with hand that can make a monster. Everyone involved in the hand is close to 100bb's. Its also a hand you can get out of easily if you miss. What more do you need to call this? I agree if you make top pair you need to tread very lightly. The only real consideration in calling or not is whether MP1 is going to push or re-raise which would suck.

Is this too loose?

Yes, you'll push and play against AA and KK with pretty good odds.

Shove if you think you have fold equity, which I don't think you do. Call, your odds are about right as you probably have 11 clean outs (8 clubs and 3 Jacks) to nut hands. Call a shove. Button shows here why you should not mini-raise.
