Why no tracking info on Pokerstars checks?
Seems kind of strange that if I order a 10 dollar windbreaker from the FPP store I'm emailed a tracking # and get in 4 days (counting the weekend) Yet I've been waiting on a check since the 23rd which they told me was shipped express mail (an overnight service) and they don't provide any tracking information.
My checks in the mid 4 figures and I can afford to wait for it if need be but to tell me to wait 15 days for an overnight delivery seems kind of weird. I've asked them to do a stop payment and just put the money into epassporte but am told that it's not possible.

Agree Completely. Especially because they also told me that I had a 4-figure check shipped May 29th by express mail and to please allow 15 business days. Seems like a excessively long time if it was already "sent."
Everything has tracking numbers these days, no idea why they don't have any.

Anyone know the reason they stopped using FedEx? Checks usually arrive in less than a week now but FedEx was way better.

Of the 6 checks I did not receive within 7 days, I have never seen 5 of them. Which really sucks since I have two more checks which I requested more than 7 days ago. If it is not clear, the "Express Mail" which PokerStars talks about is not the USPS "Express Mail" service, which is overnight and does allow tracking. Despite repeated inquiries I have been unable to pin down exactly what service they are referring to when they say "Express Mail." The closest I got was something like "It's like regular mail, but faster."
