Following is a direct quote from an IM he sent me, allegedly from the hospital.

"im at the gym and this week i decided to increse my leg rountine intensity and after i got done with a exausting routine of squats leg press and leg extensions i had to walk down stairs to take a shower but as soon as i tried my legs gave out and i felll down a flight of about 25 stairs breaking 2 toes in my left food bruseing a rib busting my nose and also breaking my middle finger and that fall left me there with no help for 20 minutes as i lied there in a pool of my own blood almost unconcious"
