Default Stupidest thing you\'ve heard in school?

What are the stupidest things you've heard in your years in school? Elemantary and Middle School aside (since we were all retarded back then except for the few of us) what things have you heard come out of people's mouth that made you want to blend a baby?

Mine has to be in junior year of highschool during the presidential elections:

Bio teacher: So who are you voting for Rebecca?
HOT GIRL: Dick Cheney
Class: ...
Bio teacher: Dick Cheney isn't running dear.
HOT GIRL: Oh, just kidding. Al Gore.
Class: ...(thank god you have t&a)

I swear if she was anything less than a 10 the whole class would be saying what a dumb bitch she was.

a very similar conversation as the one in the OP. we were discussing voter turnout and stuff, and a girl said "gosh, why doesn't everyone realize that one vote DOES make a difference."

she was also extremely hot

Intro to stats, which I had to take as a requirement. The teacher is explaining the concept of EV, something I obviously knew well. She used keno as example saying that for every dollar you wager, on average you will get back $.75, therefore the EV of a $1 wager is $.75. I realize this is completely wrong, but I don't want to be a dick about it.

"Um, from everything I've read, the EV of a $1 bet would be -$.25 because you expect to lose a quarter from the bet. The EV would $.75 if you expect to win $.75 every time you bet a dollar."

"There are a lot of ways to state the same thing in statistics, blah, blah blah"

At this point I'm thinking she might not actually be wrong and Sklansky et al might just be using some weird non-standard system.

"If I use my system on a test, will you consider it wrong?"

"No, you can use it if you want."

After class I looked this up in the book and discovered that, guess what, there's only one correct explanation of EV.

My Physics 1 class for engineers:

Prof. was showing a simple apparatus that showed that a projectile would hit the ground at the same time as an object dropped from the same height (assuming the projectile was shot parallel to the ground).

Prof.after conducting the experiment) "You see, the horizontal component of the force and the vertical component are independent of eachother"
Genius Kid: "Gravity is a force too, right?"
Random Kid: "Kill yourself..."

Her thinking is on a level above yours. She skewers the american political establishment with one thrust of her rapier wit. Her 5 simple words are a comment on the fact that there is not only no difference between a candidate today and one from 4 years ago, but there is also no difference between candidates from the two major parties.
