Hand vs bel0w
100+9 MTT, still way out of the money.
UTG is Bel0w I read bel0w as an extreme laggy player capable of bluffing a lot. I haven't been that agressive at this table, people just gave me their chips. With that said, I don't think he raises light UTG with his image/stack. I just never knew what to do in this hand. I'll put the hand in steps. Re: Hand vs bel0w
Since he only has 30BBs, I don't mind raising to 1850 with the plan to call a shove here. If he flats your raise and leads on an A-less/K-less flop, then ditch hand. If he flats your raise and leads when an A or K flops, feel free to get it in. If he flats and then checks on any board, I'm probably shoving.

Re: Hand vs bel0w
I raise to 2200, call allin (obv) and push any flop.
Not too much explanation needed really, raise enough preflop so that you can push any flop. In reality, below is probably pushing or folding pre so flop shouldnt really matter. |

Re: Hand vs bel0w
i prefer raising enough to give the illusion of fold equity. this is kinda standard against any good thinking mtt player, let alone bel0w

He has position on me. I am SB [/ QUOTE ] Ah. Well my general sentiments still stand. I like re-raising to about 2K pre-flop with the plan to call any shove and to shove any flop if he flats. I hate the idea to flat-call PF with the intention of doing something goofy like CRing AI on any flop. I feel like this gives a good player like Below way too many easy ways to beat us. If you don't like my suggested line, I honestly think the next best thing is to flat call PF and check any flop and play a small pot OOP. Feel free to CRAI when an A flops. Probably check/call down if a K does. |
