I am bored waiting for my flight to vegas standard well rules apply etc. [/ QUOTE ] Ooooh... Shaundeeb in the Well. And no-one has come up with anything yet? Ok... What single part, if any, did you introduce to your tournament game prior to your biggest leap as a player? In other words, I'd like to know what made you go from being a player who occasionally made final tables, to a player who frequently makes it to, and wins, final tables? |

In other words, I'd like to know what made you go from being a player who occasionally made final tables, to a player who frequently makes it to, and wins, final tables? [/ QUOTE ] Well at first the resteal I used to just shove over LP opens with anything with 15-30bbs didn't matter I just shoved I was lucky to run really hot when I first got into tourneys a year ago, and my hyped up aggression confused those at my table and my robotic betting pattern made me hard to play against as an unknown since the regs didn't give me credit for any type of thinking just figured I was getting hands and hitting. I was a shove nut back then it was way more then a kill phil strategy if I had a gutshot or better with FE I was in there. But tourney poker has changed soo much esp at the lower levels this last year it's amazing how much credit you need to give an unknown now before you could just abuse abuse abuse. Now, it's soo different but thankfull I have been able to adjust with some good friends who helped me along the way. |

[/ QUOTE ] I go through fads where I will write them really got lazy with it though once I got a laptop since my reg comp had a lot of good info too lazy to xfer it over and stopped doing it. But, even with a lot of tables I make and remember mental notes about players a lot and usually 2-3 people at each table I have a mental note but rarely one on the table when on my laptop. |

Re: ohh know return of the well
FT of the Sunday Million on Stars...let's say you're in the SB 5-handed. Blinds 200k/400k. There have been lots of steals and resteals but not many flops. The chipleader is raising a good amount, as is everybody.
UTG (5mil) folds chipleader (42mil) raises to 1.1mil. BTN (4mil) folds Hero (17mil)? BB (32mil) What is your range here for re-stealing and what would your raise amount be? Please give reasoning. (This is a hypothetical, not a real hand.) |

Re: ohh know return of the well
- When you used to play the 180s what income would you aim for monthly?
- What do you think the biggest difference between the 180s and the MTTs you play now is? I'm curious to hear about the setup |
