Best Apartment Complex in Summerlin
It looks like I will be getting an offer for a new job in Summerlin, NV. I will be looking at places to live and would like some ideas for apartment complexes to consider living at. I am looking for a quiet, nice place. Any help/thoughts would be very welcome! Thanks in advance!

Re: Best Apartment Complex in Summerlin
The Carlisle is a converted apt complex, now, really nice condos. I rent my 2 bedroom, 2 bath, all newly renovated for 1100 per month. Community room, nice pool, spa, gym and grounds. You should be able to find something in the neighborhood, or a 1 bedroom cheaper. Vegas/Summerlin is so over built, tons of stuff available

Queensridge Place but thats gonna set you back thousands a month [/ QUOTE ] Queensridge is a condo building, selling for the range of 1 millionish + . Tod Brunson just bought there as a point of reference. Its lovely, but not affordable for the majority of posters in this forum. |

Re: Best Apartment Complex in Summerlin
OK you all, thanks so far for the comments, but I was looking for some personal commentary that would discuss any particular complex and reasons why it was a great place to live. The 2 BR 2 BA idea for a condo is excellent and I will follow up on that idea, but any other recommendations from you all would be great.
I just got back from Vegas this weekend and the interview went well so I will probably get an offer. BTW, was it particularly busy in the cardrooms in Vegas this past weekend? Last year right about this same weekend Caesar's cardroom was pretty light, but this past weekend it was humming with only a couple of tables empty on Saturday afternoon and evening in the library. Thanks again for your help! |
