Against this type of player, I'm folding the turn and looking to make most of my money folding to him whenever I can get away from a good second best hand. I'll do this until I see something, anything, just one thing that tells me to do otherwise. If he's raising 1/4 hands PF but then has a total AF of only 0.9... hmm, I'd love to see how often he C/R flops... not too often I'm sure.
