2 barrel range vs. calling range
I'm trying to put my head around the range of hands that villain can have here that he can call with on the river. Thoughts?
Villain is unknown. Re: 2 barrel range vs. calling range
i dont like river. Assumning villian is decent, u will almost never get called by worse and sometimes will get bluffraised.
And besides that, your line look like u are blocking bet what u have. |

Re: 2 barrel range vs. calling range
I don't like this river bet at all. Check/calling is basically lighting money on fire, but it's still better than betting this river because atleast you can snap off a bluff.
What does this bet accomplish? He's obviously calling with an overpair. |

Re: 2 barrel range vs. calling range
you guys are nits, pf is fine, I'd c/f river since most 2/4 FR players don't have the balls to triple barrel here. I don't like this bet since it really only gets called by better hands unless he is bad.

Re: 2 barrel range vs. calling range
Once we got here (and like everyone I think preflop sucks) flop is the only street played normally. Check/fold turn. When you arrive at the river in this case I don't see what the river bet accomplishes; what is it getting value from? A hand that beats us is certainly calling or raising.
