Is this a clear fold?
I was worried about JK so I rereraise to see if he'll push. Is it better to just call and see if you hit a full house so you can stack a straight or flush?

Yes, fold.

Re: Is this a clear fold?
Lots of villians will play it this way with a bare J or nut flush draw.
I would just call the first raise then lead out any safe turn card for about a Pot Size Bet then adjust from there. |

Re: Is this a clear fold?
And also, like jhill said, just call his first raise and adjust from there.

Re: Is this a clear fold?
Yeah, fold.
Oh, and show the limit that you are playing and a clearer description on title next time please. Like NL25: 2pairs facing Flop shove. |

I was worried about JK so I rereraise to see if he'll push. [/ QUOTE ] this is terrible logic. If you are going to reraise here u must have great read that your hand is often good, raise for value never for information, especially with these board. U might thnik reraising makes this hand easier to play but it only complicates things every time except when he folds(which doesn't happen very often with this board and given action). if your RR gets called the hand is still as tricky to play as if u only had called his raise. just call and see if your opponent still likes his hand on turn. Yeah there are million draws, but there are alot hands in this board that beats your hand, no point trying to build up pot here. take the hard line and play poker. |
