Default 5/10 FTP, Turn the boat, line?

Villan is 21/18/3.6. So far I've been 3-betting him and 4-betting across all our tables and he hasn't been goin to the flop with me. I just flat called preflop with 99 here because I was looking for set value.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $5/$10 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

<font color="black">Hero (SB): $2,407.50</font>
BB: $1,130.50
<font color="black">UTG: $2,082.50</font>
CO: $318.50
BTN: $985.00

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $35.00</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls $30.00, BB folds

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($80) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $90.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $250.00</font>, UTG calls $160.00

<font color="black">Turn:</font> ($580) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Pot Size: $580.00

What's my best line/plan for the rest of the hand?

You need to bet, he is either putting you on a draw and has a big A and is going to stack, or he has a draw and is going to check behind and your not gonna get much action even if he hits. Bet is especially the best choice becasue you guys are so deep. If he has AT here, well hes gross. DrunkPPplaya is pretty aggro too so he will raise you a lot here if you lead.

Yeah, I like checking versus a lot of regulars with this specific board texture but I think its bad versus this guy.
