Re: $11 PP: TT early
Please bet the turn. As played, I might be inclined to call a suspiciously small river bet, expecting to see a flush here a lot, but also hands like A9 a fair percentage of time.

Re: $11 PP: TT early
Betting the turn here is sort of spewish to me. You're holding a medicore hand here, no need to build a big pot here for no reason. Call on the river is fine, getting 5-1 here.

Re: $11 PP: TT early
I would check the turn, too. I don't want to get involed in a big pot @ the first blind level.
call on river is easy! |

Re: $11 PP: TT early
You're ahead on the turn unless they have Jx (probably clubs) or J9 and at least one of them has a FD and will call your bet with 55+, 9x and other random [censored]. People do weird things at party but I don't think they'd c/c flop and check turn with a set that often. Should we bet if we assumed this?

Re: $11 PP: TT early
Betting here is absolutely necessary IF you're planning to go to the river. The pot is too large not to bet. Generally people bet when they hit a TP on the turn. No bet means either they are drawing, or a J is an overcard to their holding. Bet.

Re: $11 PP: TT early
One reason (of many) to check the turn in situations like these is that sometimes you'll induce a bluff on the river from a villain who thinks you've shut down after a c-bet. That's less likely in this spot because it's three-way instead of HU. So I think I lean toward betting the turn here.
