David from true poker arrested?

I heard from a friend yesterday that David the owner and sole proprietor of true poker was arrested while traveling to the US. Don't know when or where, this is just all I heard. Can anyone confirm or deny?

Well, if he doesn't respond to this thread within ~3 days I would say he was definitly arrested. He usually posts replies to all threads involving True Poker quite quickly.

Not that I feel like checking right now but I don't think this is true.
I seem to remember a few posts about True that took much longer to receive a response. And I believe there are some that were never replied to at all.

He shows up sometimes and posts in spurts. But I don't think he is Mr. Automatic Response every single time somebody mentions True.

The threads related to True Poker that I have read, he has responded to in a timely manner. I never stated he automatically responds to every single thread. Right after the news of the new legislation he seemed to really respond quickly. I estimated ~3 says to leave room for some time but if he doesn't respond he might not want to comment or he just never saw the thread. 3 days hardly classifies as an automatic response. I have not seen him respond to many threads since right after the legislation so you could be correct. In my opinion, he responds rather quickly however, I could be totally off base. I guess we will soon find out.

IIRC, he was absent for a few weeks after TP banned some US states and there were several threads asking about it.
