Jamie Gold losses on HSP, ARod sighting and other Bellagio gossip

-Jamie Gold reportedly lost 550k playing the new taping of HSP this week. i dont know who he lost it to though. im also not sure who else is in the game. if i hear anything else ill mention it.

-ARod was at the bellagio today playing 10/20nl. he refused to play a shorthanded 25/50 game so they actually made it 10/20 for him. he bought in for 3k or so and got all his money in with a set vs a draw and lost. i dont think he lost any more money other than that and a 2p2er said he played decent. pretty odd seeing him play at the bellagio when he had a game yesterday and has another one tommorow.


some other random gossip:

-Saw Tuan Le, Amnon Phillipi and Tim Pham playing baccarat today (yawn).

-jamie gold was playing 50/100NL 2 nights ago in the bellagio room and "won all the money".

-nelly and eddie george were both playing 50/100NL together 5 or so days ago.

-amir nasseri played 25/50 3 or 4 nights ago and open raised to $400 EVERY hand and dropped 35-40k within a few hours.

i of course happened to miss EVERY game somehow because these events all randomly took place during times i wasnt in the poker room.

Must have been on Day 1. I was at the taping on day 2 and he was a small winner IIRC. He also said he didn't plan on playing day 3, although that might have changed.

It definitely wasn't on day 1, he didn't play on Day 1.

the rumor ive heard secondhand is that "jamie lost 550" and that he busted before phil laak and antonio could get in the game. hopefully its true. not that id root against jamie of course, hes obviously a man of upstanding character who deserves the best.
