200NL - tough spot w/combo draw
villain is 17/11/3.3...we've played one big pot where i opened Kh Qh in the SB, flop was Kx Th 3h, i bet flop, he raised 4x, I shoved and he called w/KTo. I have no seen anything crazy from this guy otherwise.
On to the hand in question. Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter) SB: $198.00 BB: $244.50 UTG: $285.30 Hero (MP): $342.15 CO: $238.55 BTN: $102.10 Preflop: Hero is dealt 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players) UTG folds, Hero raises to $6.00, 3 folds, BB calls $4.00 Flop: ($13) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players) BB checks, Hero bets $10.00, BB raises to $30.00, should we just be 3-betting right away, or just call the flop? on this board and given his range, how much fold equity to we have if we 3-bet.. If we just call a lot of the times he will price us out from seeing the river if a blank hits on the turn... thoughts? |

Re: 200NL - tough spot w/combo draw
he's probably really nitty and our str8 outs are dirty. I don't mind just calling position (once in awhile checking flop)

Re: 200NL - tough spot w/combo draw
You have a gutshot straight flush draw (Mr obvious), but in all likelyhood, alot of your outs could be dirty. Just call. If he fires big again on the turn, I might just give it up there.
