I agree. On the second one, your pf raise is kinda weak. Pop it up to at least 200 instead of 150.

Why are people saying to fold the first??
SB is first one in, he'll prolly raise ATC. You are in BB with a suited ace and 6BB left.. what's there to think about?

I would gladly push hand 1, and I think I would call the other hand, you block some of the A and K combos, you also have position against the reraiser.
too bad he had you dominated in hand 1, but anything but a push in that situation is retarded.
