Full tilt hasnt paid my check been 3 months..
Ok well im looking for help, i posted on p5, and fulltilt forums but heres the story... I cashed out 1k on Feb. 13th for a check. I still have not got it yet. They said it would take 25-35 business days..I said ok. Anyways they tell me I should get it by Easter, a few emails later I never got it. I tell them a few weeks after that I want it back into my account, and they say they will forward it to the right department. Basically after a ton of emails, and a 26$ token, still no money yet. Here are most of the emails..VERY long gets good in apirl..also the newest are at the bottom..any suggestions what can I do, im very upset as you can see in the emails thxs.

I had one check (of many requested) from FTP that never reached me. It took a little over a month from the date I requested it until the money was returned to my account.
I sent a bunch of e-mails, PM'd FTPSean on here, and eventually I got the money back. All other checks I've requested have gone smoothly. I felt in the dark information wise for most of that month, and it seemed like I got e-mails back from different people every time I sent one in (someone new who didn't know my situation). Once a "senior cashier" got involved it seemed like things started to get done. FTPSean may have accelerated the process for me as well. I was also playing heavily (generating a bunch of rake) the whole time this situation was going on, and made sure to bring that up in my e-mails. I'm not sure the process could have gone much faster. I had to wait a while to make sure USPS wasn't just being slow (verrry possible). After a given time frame they contacted the check processor to stop payment on the original check. This process took a little while, and according to FTPSean their check processor isn't real quick about getting things done and communicating back to FTP. My advice is basically keep on them, don't give up. I'm confident FTP is not out to steal from anyone, there's just a bunch of stuff that can go wrong in this process. I think they had a huge amount of problems from the beginning of the year when their original check processor dropped them, most of them out of their control. I do think FTP's customer service department needs some new organization however. The lack of communication + talking to someone new everytime I wrote in about the exact same issue started to get very frustrating. Good luck. |

I am kind of in the same boat. They told me they re sent my check today which i hope is true. I will now wait for the 7 to 10 business days if it is not there after that there will be a loss of trust and I will let everyone know about it on all the boards i am on.
they told me all checks processed on april 16 were never sent and they are resending today may 9. Strange but I hope true. FTP SEAN did contact me but he never contacted me back so i am not sure if he helped me or not but at least he went out of his way to help me. |
