Default Trespassing Video

Hilarious. I would love to see the outcome of this.

Good, we need ornery dirt-movers with cameras pulling this [censored]. Public servants long ago forgot they work for the public and have gotten WAY too used to just walking all over people's rights. I don't know the Indiana state code, but I seriously doubt it allows for random unwarranted searches of private property.

I'd love to know how this pans out.

Edit: I see someone in the comments gave a supposed case name and result.

At first I agreed with the cameraman but then I thought about government workers from places like social services. I don't think you could keep them off your property even without a warrant.

If you can keep the police out w/o a warrant, I'm pretty sure you can keep those people out.

Really? That seems open to all sorts of abuses of police power.

Someone calls in about a "health code violation" and now they are within their rights to search my house? Suppose they find illegal firearms?

He needed to have a rifle slung over his shoulder when he went out there.

I doubt he would get any huge cash settlement out of this would he? If she actually did find some illegal activity, it would be inadmissible in court. It would be awesome if he had a bunch of dead bodies in the hole. The judge would be like, sorry inadmissible, BECAUSE YOU TRESPASSED YOU STUPID [censored]!!!!!!!!
