Default 15/30 slightly deep w/ bottom set

its a ftp deep 6 table
there are 3 fish with about 4k, and cts with 18k, so i sat on coles left and bought in for 4k
i raise utg w/ 22, fish calls me otb, i think cole calls also
flop is 862
i pot, fish calls, cole folds
pots now about 800
turn is a 7
i pot, he calls
river is a 9 (puke)
pot is about 2200ish
i check, he instashoves for a little over pot

id never played w/ him before but hed just doubled up by flopping 2pair with 83s vs coles QQ on a 83T board

I call, simply b/c in his eyes you could have an overpair just as easily as a set, and besides trying to bluff, he could be betting for value with any 2-pair type hand, or having tried to call you down w. JJ he realized they may not be good and is not trying to push you out. Plus, you have a set, and those simply should always get shown down regardless of anything else.

most fish click call a lot, not shove 4 straight boards as bluffs. i think this is a bad call.

if your passive kind of callfish is going to bluff this kind of river (unlikely), it's not going to be insta

and baluga, why cant he show up with 65, 85, 75, 7T or 6T here?

whether i fold prob. depends on my mood, but it def. looks like a fold.
