Default 2/4 - AJs steal gets 3-bet, flops NFD

Villain is 27/23/2.5 over 3k datamined hands. He 3-bets with a wide range.

On the flop I often push my draws and big hands on wet boards. This time I decided to call as I thought I don't have that much FE against this guy (probably won't fold an overpair).

I would typically shove the flop.

Given that you didnt, I think your turn bet is good.

Just wanted to know if calling the flop is bad or if people like a 4-bet pf.

AJo I'd probably 4-bet against this guy.

I would usually never 4-bet any type of AJ preflop, unless I suspect I'm being abused by a habitual 3-better.

Calling the flop is fine. Actually I even think anything BUT calling would be bad.

3-betting the flop seems a given. If he showes up with a hand (not really likley) you will have a ton of equity.
You have ALOT of fe in this situation against a habitual 3-better since his most likley hand is air.

I'd already noted that this villain 3-bets a lot and after this hand I saw him 4-bet and call a push with A8 (don't remember positions, but could've been BvsB).

What's your plan agains this guy?

Flop is fine if he's not the type to double barrel whiffed overs, I'd prob shove it tho. Theres no need to bet that big on the turn... Just bet 100 and set up for 422 pot on the riv with 248 behind. Or bet like 80. Whatever, he's aggro, let him do something stupid.
