Do I have to call the min raise? This is usually a huge hand. Now that I called what do I do with this flop?

Well, if you're calling the min-raise preflop you certainly can't fold on this flop. I'd call the flop and check the turn and obviously call down. If he checks behind turn I lead river.

I'd probably just fold PF (after the raise), but I hate that so much. Then what wiggs said.

[/ QUOTE ] KK/QQ might be in his range, but JJ and TT shouldn't unless he's really bad. I agree you should call the flop bet, and I don't see how you don't get all of your chips in the middle from there. I don't mind folding to the min raise preflop, unless he's min-raised a decent amount before. |

Tough to fold pf. I think in-game, I might CRAI on the flop, but I can't really justify that.

If you think his min raise means a big hand then you don't have to call.
If we are beat we are more likely drawing next to dead or at best to 3 outs. Villain may be able to dump a worse hand if we shove flop. If we are ahead we don't have to worry much about free cards and can probably get away if a king falls(can't we?). So I like the call, although if villain is good we may not extract anymore value here, but we have to try. Check turn, bet river if checked through seems good, as Wiggs said. |

I really thought this was a big hand and didn't want to call preflop but thought I almost had to. As played check call certainly seems the best but I think I'll just fold preflop next time.
