Worst flop ever for my hand obviously, but CO pushes for $29 more and Hero has to call right? I mean he is obviously pushing here with anything. The CO completely barrated me for calling the flop but there is no way to fold this right?
I don't see how I can fold any hand here regardless of the flop with the amount of money I put in preflop, right?

Plz explain. If this magical new position between the button and the SB acts first, I hate the first raise, but otherwise it's OK. BB's stack matters for the second raise too.

As for the flop, yeah it's an obv. call. Don't sweat every donk that berates you for making a standard play; if you play small stakes, you'll run into a lot of them.

sorry I had to edit because I was actually the button in this hand. And yes I don't normally 3 bet KKxx but I just wanted it to be heads up with the short stack. Is this a bad play in general preflop? I'm just learning so I don't really know for sure.
